If you are not able to use the facility above, check your policy documentation near the bottom of page one where you will find the emergency assistance company's contact details.
Reverse charges are accepted by the assistance company. Call immediately for help with your medical emergency and/or assistance with your claim. You will be directed to a suitable medical facility and they will provide you with a hospital admission guarantee on behalf of TIC.
