What to do in the event of a medical emergency
Reverse charges are accepted by the assistance company. Call immediately for
help with your medical emergency and/or assistance with your claim.
You will be directed to a suitable medical facility and they
will provide you with a hospital admission guarantee on behalf of TIC.
The assistance company will need:
- Your full name
- Policy number
- The nature of your claim
You will also need to indicate what type of assistance you require.
For medical expenses that exceed R10 000, you will need to obtain the assistance
